1 pkg (5 ½ oz) vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz) crushed pineapple
2 cups sour cream
1 TBS sugar
1 baked 9 inch pastry or graham cracker crust
Combine pudding mix, pineapple with juice, sour cream and sugar. Beat 1 minute on lowest speed, pour into shell and chill for 3 hours. Serve with whipped cream and additional pineapple if desired.
Fast, easy and delish!
