2 Tbs chili powder
1 Tbs garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne powder
1 tsp coriander
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbs oregano (Mexican if available)
1 Tbs ground black pepper
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chipotle powder (opt.)
I often double this for storing and keeping on hand. Works great in sauces and is an excellent rub for chicken, beef or pork. I also use with veggies for Mexican style pizza, enchiladas or quesadillas.
